On 20 September 2024, Ms. Annie Chan, our Managing Director, acted as the chairperson of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants seminar jointly organized by Restructuring and Insolvency Faculty and the Forensics Interest Group. We have invited Mr. Kenneth Luk/ Senior Director, Enforcement and Ms. Denise Yip/ Associate Director, Enforcement of the Securities and Futures Commission to share with the audience “SFC’s Latest Approach and Update on Corporation Investigations”. It was an interesting and insightful talk, attended by over 100 participants. A few real-life cases were also analysed and shared by the speakers.
This seminar also stimulated in-depth discussions during the Q&A session.
